The hotel grounds looked beautiful. I liked the scenery.
Our room was not properly cleaned. I noticed dust and hairs on the bathroom floor. the minibar was empty upon arrival, and i had to call several times to get it stocked. this delayed my relaxation plans considerably and caused unnecessary frustration.

i had a really magnificent room with views of the grounds and golf course. the room was very well appointed and very clean. i enjoyed an evening meal that was one of the best i have had. breakfast was very good before my swim and relaxation in the spa.
the carpark is quite scruffy and a little distant from the hotel entrance.

The check-in was simple with receptionists. Our Double Room Balcony included a fridge and kettle. A separate shower was near the bath (.. ) wheelchair accessibility was available throughout. The grounds were lovely to explore and stroll around.
The hotel was good, yet the staff seemed overworked at times in the bar area.

I found the staff very friendly. They were also helpful. The spa facilities are quite good. I loved the relaxed atmosphere. The bedrooms are spacious. the bathrooms also provide ample space.
I thought the food options for vegan and vegetarian were limited. The food seemed mediocre. I also felt that it was overpriced. A small main meal cost £29.

The hotel's grounds were beautifully kept. The hotel itself felt luxurious, easily matching the standards of a top-tier hotel. I enjoyed using the driving range and the academy golf course. These were nice ways to relax. The indoor pool was great, though seating was limited. That being said, the pool is small, so I understand that.
As a vegetarian, I found dinner options limited. The breakfast had a nice selection, however, the dinner menu needed more veggie options. I ended up eating out more often because of it.
